If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must contact us at least 72 hours before the appointment.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a medical or personal emergency, proof of this must be presented.
In case of attending the appointment and not finishing it, the charge of 70% of the value of the appointment will be made.
In case of NOT ATTENDING the appointment you will not be eligible to perform any procedure in our center and 100% of the value of the service will be charged.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, without notice, your appointment will be rescheduled and a 50% service charge will be made.
If you cancel or modify the appointment on 2 occasions (no matter the reason) you will not be able to perform any service in our center.
Companies are not accepted.
It will be received at the stipulated time of the appointment, not before.
The entry of Alcohol or any type of food is not allowed.
